realme has quietly introduced its latest V-series smartphone, the realme V60s, in China. This model targets the entry-level 5G market with a focus on affordability and basic features.
The realme V60s features a 6.67 inches HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels and a peak brightness of 625 nits. It can dim down to 1 nit for comfortable nighttime use.
The phone runs on Android 14 with realme UI 5.0 out of the box and is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 10W charging.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which includes two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4GHz for performance tasks and six Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0GHz for everyday use. It comes with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and offers storage options of 128GB or 256GB, expandable with virtual RAM up to 8GB.
For photography, the V60s sports a single 32MP rear camera with an LED flash. On the front, there’s an 8MP punch-hole selfie camera. The design features minimalist bezels around the display and is available in Star Gold and Turquoise colors.
In terms of pricing, the realme V60s starts at 1,399 CNY (approximately PHP11,399) for the base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The bigger variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at 1,799 CNY (approximately PHP14,599).
