Oppo’s Realme division has officially launched the new budget killer phone, Realme 3. It’s a big upgrade from the Realme C1 that was priced for P5,990. The Realme 3 features a better 13MP dual camera and larger memory for almost the same price.
The Realme 3 has a 6.2-inch notch display with HD+ resolution on the front along with thin bezels. It is paired with a 13MP AI selfie camera while the main is also a 13MP with a 2MP depth sensor. Both camera setups are big improvements with the main having a brighter aperture and the front with bigger resolution.

Powering the Realme 3 is an Helio P60 octa-core processor that supports AI and game-boosting. The RAM is either 3GB or 4GB with storage of 32GB or 64GB, respectively. The Realme 3 is a dual SIM phone with microSD card support up to 256GB.
Another welcome feature is the Fast Charging capability on the Realme 3. The 4230 mAh battery can be changed faster than on its predecessor thru the micro USB port.
Realme Philippines will be launching and pricing the Realme 3 on March 19. We expect at the same P5,990 price for the 3GB model though this will not be the final SRP. Let us know how much would you pay for the Realme 3.
On the other hand, a Realme 3 Pro version is on the works that might come with the 48MP dual camera to compete against the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
