
POCO has launched the POCO X8 globally.
The POCO X8 has a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 2772 × 1280 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
For cameras, the POCO X8 has a 50MP main rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), paired with a 2MP depth camera. It can record video at up to 1080p at 30fps. The front camera is a 16MP sensor with 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 Mobile Platform built on a 4nm process. It has an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.4GHz and an Adreno GPU. RAM and storage options include 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB.
The phone packs an 8,340mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 67W wired HyperCharge and up to 22.5W wired reverse charging.

The POCO X8 runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and includes AI features such as Circle to Search with Google, Google Gemini, AI Erase, AI Remove Reflection, AI Image Expansion, AI Sky, and AI Bokeh.

Meanwhile, in the Philippines, the POCO X8 has not yet been announced, while the POCO X7 is currently priced at PHP 14,999 for 8GB + 256GB and PHP 16,999 for 12GB + 512GB, so stay tuned for updates on whether the POCO X8 will launch in the Philippines.
