The Reno 14 FS 5G comes with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display (2372 × 1080), 120Hz refresh rate, and 1400 nits peak brightness.

For cameras, the device offers a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens, while the front houses a 32MP autofocus camera.
Inside, it is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The phone also carries a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and also supports 33W, 15W, PPS, PD, and QC charging standards.
Out of the box, it runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15.0 operating system.
