OPPO Find X finally arrives in the Philippines! Full Specs, PH Price

After the long wait, OPPO has finally launched the OPPO Find X here in the Philippines. This is OPPO’s first smartphone that featured a full-screen design as well as a motorized camera. The smartphone is already available through pre-orders and will be available nationwide on August 11, 2018.

The OPPO Find X features a 6.4″ AMOLED Panoramic Arc Screen display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080. Its front part contains almost non-existent bezels which was made possible with the existence of an automatic slide-out mechanism that houses not only the front camera and 3D face scanning sensors at the front but the dual rear cameras and LED flash at the back as well.

Under the hood, the OPPO Find X is powered by the Snapdragon 845 as well as 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is fueled by a 3730mAh battery supported by OPPO’s VOOC fast charging and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with OPPO’s Color OS customizations.

As for its camera setup, the device sports a dual 16MP + 20MP rear camera and a 25MP front snapper. Launching the camera application will automatically slide the mechanism up and exiting would cause it to retract. Additionally, the smartphone has a Type-C port but lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has no fingerprint scanner so the user would have to depend on passwords and the face unlock feature for its security.

The OPPO Find X is priced at PHP 49,990 and will be available on August 11, 2018.
