Nintendo has officially revealed Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream.
Players can create Mii characters with male, female, or non-binary gender options and choose any combination of relationship preferences.
Gameplay is similar to the original, as players will still be able to feed them, give gifts, and play matchmaker or introduce them to other Miis.
Players can control and tweak everything from how the Miis look and move to the way they talk and act.
Miis are also able to ask for favors, pick up weird habits, get into fights, get married, fall in (and out of) love, or even end up in awkward love triangles.
There are dedicated spots for clothes, food, and decor. Plus, you can actually terraform the island and decorate outdoors on Island Design Centre.
Nintendo’s Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is already available for pre-order. It is set to officially release on April 16, 2026 on Switch and will also run on Switch 2.
