New HONOR MagicPad to Feature AI Vision Relief

HONOR CEO Zhao Ming has announced that the upcoming HONOR MagicPad will incorporate the innovative AI defocus vision relief technology, a feature also included in the upcoming HONOR Magic V3.

• AI Defocus Vision Relief: Designed to minimize eye strain for users.
• 4320Hz PWM Dimming: This high-frequency dimming reduces screen flicker to ensure eye safety, exceeding the IEEE Std1789-2015 standard for display flickering.
• Enhanced DC Dimming: Provides accurate colors and protects eyes at low brightness settings.

HONOR has reportedly filed a patent for the AI defocus vision relief technology, which mimics a defocused lens to offer vision relief. The combination of this technology with the 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming underscores HONOR’s dedication to eye safety.
