Following an outage lasting over an hour on Thursday, April 4, tech giant Apple has restored operations to its services, including the App Store, Apple TV+, and Apple Music.
The disruption, reported by CNBC, commenced at 6:31 AM and was resolved by 7:35 AM. This occurrence isn’t unprecedented for the App Store, as similar issues were reported in 2022.
Apple’s System Status website promptly updated the status of affected services to “available” with a green circle indicator.
Reuters reports indicated that during the peak of the outage, approximately 6,400 App Store users in the United States faced issues, with over 1,000 reports for Apple TV+ and Apple Music.
