
Alongside the vivo S50 smartphone, the brand also unveiled the vivo S50 Pro mini in China.
The vivo S50 Pro mini sports a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, 1-120Hz refresh rate, 4320Hz high frequency PWM dimming, and up to 5000 nits peak brightness.
The device measures 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99mm in dimensions and weighs 191g. It incorporates an aviation-grade aluminum frame and has an IP68 + IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 octa-core chipset with Adreno 840 GPU, paired with up to 16GB RAM LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. There’s also a 6,500mAh battery capacity with 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging support.
For cameras, it is equipped with a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom at the back. Upfront is a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus.
The S50 Pro mini runs on Android 16 OS with OriginOS 6 on top.
Other features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo Speakers, and Hi-Res audio.



The vivo S50 Pro mini is priced starting at CNY 3,699 (~PHP 30,769) for the 12GB + 256GB model and goes up to CNY 4,299 (~PHP 35,760) for the 16GB + 512GB variant. It is now available in China.
