At MWC 2026, nubia introduced the Neo 5 series. The lineup includes the nubia Neo 5, Neo 5 GT, and Neo 5 Max.
For display, the Neo 5 GT has a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits peak brightness.
Meanwhile, the Neo 5 Max comes with a larger 7.5-inch display, though nubia has not shared its full specifications yet.

Inside, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor paired with LPDDR memory and nubia’s NeoTurbo performance engine. It is also optimized for high frame-rate gameplay, including up to 120FPS support for games such as Garena Free Fire and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
The nubia Neo 5 GT features a built-in cooling fan, which the company says is the only one in its class. It also uses a cooling system with a 29,508mm² heat dissipation area and an airflow duct designed to cool the CPU and battery during gaming.
The phone packs a 6,210mAh battery with support for up to 80W fast charging. It also supports bypass charging, which powers the device directly while gaming.

The nubia Neo 5 series will roll out globally starting in Southeast Asia in March 2026.
