realme C83 5G lauched in India

realme has launched its latest budget smartphone in India, the realme C83 5G.

The realme C83 5G sports a 6.8-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It features a water-drop notch and houses a 5MP selfie camera.

Powering the device inside is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB eMMC 5.1internal storage (expandable up to 2TB with microSD). One of its highlights is its large 7,000mAh battery capacity with support for 15W wired charging.

At the back, it has a familiar vertical camera module with a 13MP main sensor and LED flash.

The phone has IP64 ratings for dust and splash resistance. It incorporates ArmorShell Protection and has obtained MIL-STD 810H military-grade shock resistance certification. Available colors include Blooming Purple and Sprouting Green.

The realme C83 5G is priced starting at INR 13,499 (~PHP 8,672) and will be available in India starting March 7. There’sno word yet on its local availability.
