Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra has appeared in leaked CAD-based renders.
The renders, shared exclusively by Android Headlines and created by OnLeaks, show a design that is largely similar to the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but with a major change to the rear camera setup.
The renders show three rear cameras instead of the four-camera setup found on the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Samsung is also expected to remove the 3x telephoto camera and instead use a 50MP 5x telephoto camera. Other rumored cameras include a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP ultrawide camera.
According to the leak, the device is approximately 163.76 x 78.25 x 7.97mm and is also expected to retain its built-in S Pen.
Display-wise, it is rumored to feature a 6.9-inch display and a hole-punch selfie camera.
Other rumored specifications include a next-generation Qualcomm flagship chip, a possible 5,700mAh silicon-carbon battery, and up to 16GB of RAM. Samsung could also use its own Exynos 2700 chip in some markets.
The Galaxy S27 Ultra is expected to launch in February 2027, although Samsung has not confirmed a release date. Stay tuned.
