TECNO has announced the POVA 8 5G, a new mid-range smartphone.
The POVA 8 5G features a 6.76-inch IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1080 x 2344 pixels. It also comes with a round matrix display on the rear panel.
For photography, the device features a 50MP main camera paired with an auxiliary sensor. On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera. The rear camera supports video recording up to 1440p at 30 fps.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It runs Android 16 with TECNO’s HIOS 16 user interface.
The POVA 8 5G packs an 8,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and 10W reverse wired charging.
TECNO has yet to announce the availability and pricing of the POVA 8 5G in the Philippines.
