LG has launched the UltraGear 27GX790B gaming monitor in North America following its debut in China.
To recap, the LG UltraGear 27GX790B boasts a 720Hz refresh rate, but requires dropping resolution to 720p. Meanwhile, the refresh rate drops to 540Hz at native 1440p, which is still among the fastest in the market.

The display is equipped with a Primary RGB Tandem WOLED panel designed for competitive gaming, particularly first-person shooters like Counter-Strike 2. It has a response time of 0.02ms and delivers 335 nits peak brightness in SDR mode and 1500 nits in HDR. It also supports DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and 99.5 percent of the DCI-P3 gamut color coverage.

Connectivity features include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, one USB-C, two USB-A, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has an adjustable stand with RGB lighting on the back panel.
The LG UltraGear 27GX790B-B is listed at USD 999.99 (~PHP 58,877) at Amazon in the USA, while it can be pre-ordered for CAD 1,299.99 (~PHP 55,766) in Canada.
