Sony has added three models to its ULT Tower speaker lineup in the Philippines: the ULT Tower 5, ULT Tower 7, and ULT Tower MAX.
The ULT Tower 5 has a 230mm woofer and two 60mm tweeters, with ULT1, ULT2, FLAT, and LIVE sound modes. It weighs 12.7kg and offers up to 20 hours of battery life. It also has Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC support, USB-A, USB-C, RCA, XLR, and a microphone input.
On the other hand, the ULT Tower 7 features a 280mm woofer, two 120mm midrange units, two 50mm tweeters, and two rear tweeters. It weighs 22.8kg and offers up to 30 hours of battery life. Like the Tower 5, it supports Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC, USB, RCA, XLR, and microphone input.
At the top of the lineup is the ULT Tower MAX has two 280mm woofers, a rear 280mm woofer, two 120mm midrange units, two front tweeters, and two rear tweeters. The speaker weighs 56.3kg and supports Bluetooth 5.3, LDAC, USB-A, USB-C, RCA, XLR, and microphone input.
All three models support ULT1, ULT2, FLAT, and LIVE sound modes, along with Sony’s Sound Connect app. The ULT Tower 5 and 7 are rated IPX4 for water protection when placed vertically, while the ULT Tower MAX is splashproof on its top surface.
