OPPO has officially launched the OPPO Reno16 in China.
It features a 6.32-inch flat AMOLED display with a 2640 × 1216 resolution, up to 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of 1800 nits.
For photography, the Reno16 comes with a triple rear camera setup composed of a 200MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS. On the front, the device is equipped with a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus support.
Inside, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 SUPER chipset with an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 3.4GHz and an ARM G720 MC8 GPU.
The phone packs a 6700mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and 80W UFCS charging. It also supports PPS and PD charging standards.
OPPO has not yet announced pricing and availability for markets outside China.
There is also no word yet on when the Reno16 will launch in the Philippines, but considering previous OPPO Reno series models were released locally, the device will likely make its way to the Philippine market as well.
