
Intel has introduced new desktop processors under the Core Ultra 200S Plus series.
The lineup includes the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus and Core Ultra 5 250K / 250K Plus.
The new processors come with more cores than earlier Core Ultra 200S models, which can help improve performance in games and heavy tasks.
They also have up to 900 MHz faster internal speeds compared with the Core Ultra 7 265K and Core Ultra 5 245K.

According to Intel, the new chips can deliver up to 15% faster gaming performance on average compared with current Core Ultra Series 2 desktop processors.
The company also says multithread performance, used in tasks like video editing or rendering, can be up to 103% higher than competing processors in the same segment.
The processors also introduce the Intel Binary Optimization Tool, a new feature designed to improve performance in some games by optimizing how software runs on the processor.
