Alongside the Infinix HOT 60 Pro, the brand also unveiled the Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ slim and budget smartphone.
The Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ is even thinner than its sibling, with a thickness of 5.95mm, making it the world’s slimmest 3D curved smartphone, according to Infinix. It is also lightweight, weighing 155 grams.
Infinix did not compromise its durability because it features Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection at the front, an aerospace-grade aluminum with a four-corner reinforcement design, a 0.36mm NanoFiber Backshield, and IP65 dust and water resistance.
At the front is a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 2436 x 1080 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits of peak brightness, and 2160Hz instant touch sampling rate.
Powering it inside is the 2.2GHz 6nm MediaTek Helio G200 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM (up to 16GB RAM with Extended Memory), and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage.
Despite being 5.95mm thin, Infinix managed to pack a 5,160mAh battery capacity with 45W wired fast charging support. According to Infinix, its battery has a 5-year life span and delivers max density while being 20 percent smaller than traditional cells.
For optics, the Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882+ main sensor, together with unspecified second and third lenses. Upfront is a 13MP selfie camera.
Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC.
Other features are NFC Touch Transfer, stereo speakers, UltraLink Free Call, and AI features.
Infinix has yet to reveal the official pricing of the Infinix HOT 60 Pro+. There’s also no word yet on local availability. Stay tuned for more updates.
