Kia has launched the 2027 PV5 Cargo Long in the Philippines.
The Kia PV5 Cargo Long is powered by an electric motor that produces 163 PS and 250 Nm of torque. It has a 51.5 kWh NMC battery with a claimed driving range of up to 384 km based on the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC).
The van supports AC charging through an 11 kW charger, taking around 4 hours and 45 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. DC fast charging through a 350 kW charger takes around 30 minutes for the same charging range.
For cargo, the PV5 Cargo Long offers a 4,420-liter capacity, with a cargo area measuring 2,255 mm long, 1,565 mm wide, and 1,520 mm high. It has a maximum payload of 805 kg.
Inside, the van features a 7.5-inch LCD gauge cluster and a 12.9-inch infotainment screen with wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Other features include Bluetooth with voice recognition, two USB-C charging ports, automatic single-zone air conditioning, and a smart key with push-button start.
Safety features include front, side, and curtain airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill-start Assist Control (HAC), and Downhill Brake Control (DBC). It also comes with Kia Drive Wise driver assistance features, including Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS), and Advanced Smart Cruise Control (ASCC).
Exterior features include LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, 16-inch steel wheels with wheel caps, a right-side sliding door, and dual-swing rear doors.
