Smart Communications has received the Best Mobile Video Experience award from Ookla, based on data from the third and fourth quarters of 2025.
According to Ookla’s analysis of Speedtest Intelligence data, Smart recorded a Video Score of 78.60, which is the highest among mobile operators in the Philippines.

As per the report, Smart and TNT subscribers experience faster video loading, fewer buffering interruptions, and more consistent high-definition playback when watching content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Netflix.
Ookla also said higher Video Scores indicate a greater likelihood that users can start videos in less than two seconds, stream without rebuffering, and watch content at 1080p resolution or higher.
