vivo is expected to launch the vivo X300 Ultra in March as a new addition to the X300 series, but according to reports, the brand may also unveil the vivo X300s.
The vivo X300s is said to offer improvements over the vivo X300, which debuted in October 2025 in China and was launched in December 2025 in the Philippines.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the X300s will sport a flat display surrounded by equally sized slim bezels on all four sides. It is rumored to flaunt a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen and will be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus, which is said to be an overclocked version of the current Dimensity 9500.
Just like its siblings, the device is reportedly equipped with a circular camera module, featuring a 200MP main camera and a mid-tier periscope telephoto lens.
The vivo X300s is expected to pack a large 7,000mAh battery capacity, which is bigger compared to X300’s 6,040mAh battery. Other leaked specs include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and a waterproof chassis.
vivo has yet to reveal official information about the device. Reports suggest that it will launch globally as the vivo X300T in 2027.
