TECNO appears to be gearing up for the launch of a new addition to its POVA 7 Series lineup in the Philippines.
While the brand hasn’t confirmed exactly which model is coming, it previously announced that the TECNO POVA 7 Ultra is set to launch locally this 2025.
To recap, the current TECNO POVA 7, which is available in the market, features a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate octa-core processor, paired with a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. It also packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.

Camera-wise, it comes with a 108MP main sensor and a 2MP macro lens at the back, while an 8MP selfie shooter handles front-facing shots.
The TECNO POVA 7 is currently priced at PHP 6,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, and PHP 7,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
As for the upcoming model, TECNO has yet to reveal any specs, but they did post a teaser photo on their official Facebook page.

Interestingly, the teaser closely resembles the globally launched TECNO POVA 7 Ultra, hinting that this could indeed be the device coming to local shores.
Stay tuned for updates on local pricing and availability once TECNO makes the official announcement.
