Ahead of its July 14 launch, REDMI has revealed more details about the upcoming Note 17 series.
The upcoming Note 17 series will consist of the vanilla Note 17 and the Note 17 Pro. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Note 17 will sport a large 7-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,200 nits of global brightness, and offer several eye protection features. The brand also confirmed that it will pack an 8,000mAh battery capacity with 45W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging support.
The Note 17 will also arrive with a single rear camera with a 50MP sensor. It has also been showcased in its Meteor Purple colorway, sporting meteor shower details on its back panel.
Meanwhile, the REDMI Note 17 Pro is revealed to come with a larger 9,000mAh battery capacity with 67W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging support. It will also feature a 5-year battery replacement guarantee, where Xiaomi will offer a free replacement battery if the battery health metrics drop below 80% of original capacity within the first four years, while a free upgrade to a larger capacity battery capacity will be offered if the battery capacity falls below the 80% threshold in the fifth year.
Other confirmed specs of the Note 17 Pro include a flat AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 3,500nits peak brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a comprehensive array of liquid protection ratings, and a Sky Blue color option.
