Casio has revealed the local price of the G-SHOCK GMW-B5000SB-1A2 premium square watch.
The G-SHOCK GMW-B5000SB-1A2 sports the classic square G-SHOCK design and boasts four integrated blue sapphires in the bezel. The stones are embedded directly into the watch’s signature dimples.
To accommodate the gems without compromising durability, the brand re-engineered the watch’s internal shock-resistant structure. The updated chassis securely mounts the sapphires while maintaining standard G-Shock toughness, according to Casio.
The hardware utilizes a black ion-plated stainless steel case and bezel fitted with a black urethane strap. A negative LCD screen and blue case accents complete the watch’s exterior profile. It also measures 49.3 x 43.2 x 13 mm and weighs 98 grams.
The GMW-B5000SB-1A2 is equipped with Multiband 6 radio-controlled timekeeping and Tough Solar charging technology. The device also features Bluetooth connectivity for synchronization with the Casio Watches smartphone application.
Other notable features include a built-in LED backlight, 200-meter water resistance, and standard functions like world time tracking, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, and programmable alarms.
The Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000SB-1A2 is priced at PHP 61,130 and is now listed on Casio’s Philippine website. Availability details are yet to be revealed.
