vivo has confirmed that its new mixed reality headset, the vivo Vision Exploration Edition, will be unveiled in August in China.
The vivo Vision is designed with digital elements and weighs around 380 grams to reduce pressure on the head and nose during extended use.
It will also feature six front-facing cameras or sensors for accurate passthrough and improved immersion.

Inside, it runs on a Qualcomm processor and supports eye-tracking and hand gesture controls.
In addition, vivo says the headset will work closely with its smartphone ecosystem, including the upcoming X200 Ultra, which can capture panoramic shots that can be viewed as spatial videos in the headset.

Although it will be unveiled on August 21, 2025, the brand has confirmed that vivo‘s Mixed Reality will not be sold commercially this year.
However, users can sign up for in-store trials after launch to provide feedback for future models.
