nubia has released the Z80 Ultra to global markets following its launch in China last month.
The Z80 Ultra features a 6.85-inch AMOLED screen, 1.5K resolution, up to 2000 nits peak brightness, and a 144Hz refresh rate. AI EyeCare adjusts brightness and color based on usage conditions.
The phone has a dual main camera setup with a 50MP primary lens and a 50MP ultra-wide macro lens. It includes the Light & Shadow Master 990 sensor, optical image stabilization, adjustable aperture, and supports an 18–85 mm zoom range.

Meanwhile, on the front is a 16MP selfie shooter.
Under the hood, the device runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. A larger vapor chamber cooling system is designed to help maintain steady performance. The REDMAGIC Gaming Engine and Gamespace mode aim to reduce latency and stabilize frame rates.
The Z80 Ultra is equipped with a 7200 mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 80W wireless charging when using the official nubia charger.

Out of the box, it runs on MyOS with Gemini AI tools, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, magnetic NFC case support, and a dual-stage physical button for camera or gaming shortcuts.
