Now, here’s the scoop on what sets the Chinese and Global versions apart. While the global variant runs on Google’s Wear OS 4, the Chinese version opts for Oppo’s ColorOS Watch based on AOSP. This strategic move could potentially result in a more budget-friendly price tag for the Chinese consumers, without compromising on hardware.
Speaking of hardware, the Oppo Watch X boasts a sleek design with a 1.43″ 466×466 resolution circular AMOLED display. The watch flaunts a pixel-packed 326PPI density and can hit a dazzling 1000 nits in high brightness mode, perfect for those sunny days.
