The Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) will remove transfer fees for InstaPay and PESONet transactions made through its digital banking platforms.

The change applies to fund transfers made using the BPI mobile app, BPI online banking, VYBE, BanKo, and BizKo.
Customers will no longer pay fees when sending money to other banks and e-wallets through InstaPay and PESONet.
Previously, BPI charged PHP 10 for InstaPay transfers and PHP 50 for PESONet transactions made through the BPI app.
The bank said the waived fees will apply to all existing BPI app users, including both active and inactive customers.
Clients under BPI Preferred, BPI Gold, BPI Private Wealth, and verified VYBE users will also continue to enjoy free transfers.
