ASUS Republic of Gamers has introduced the ROG Cetra Open Wireless, a new pair of open-ear earbuds.
The earbuds support both 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connections. A USB-C dongle is included and supports passthrough charging.
The earbuds use 14mm diamond-like carbon coated diaphragm drivers with an impedance of 16 ohms and a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz.
The earbuds use liquid silicone ear hooks for a secure fit. Physical buttons are used instead of touch controls for more reliable operation.

The earbuds also include built-in audio modes, including Phantom Bass for enhanced low frequencies and Immersion Mode to help reduce ambient noise.
The ROG Cetra Open Wireless is rated IPX5 for sweat and splash resistance.
For voice input, they feature an omnidirectional microphone with a sensitivity of -38dB and a frequency response of 100Hz to 8kHz.
Battery life is rated at up to 16 hours in Bluetooth mode, with a 15-minute charge providing up to three hours of playback.

The OG Cetra Open Wireless is compatible with PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Other features include RGB lighting, a black finish, and charging via a 0.6m USB-C to USB-A cable.

There’s no official price announced yet for the ASUS ROG Cetra Open Wireless earbuds. However, it is now listed on ASUS’s official website.
