Sony Xperia M5

The Xperia M5 is hands down, one of our favourite handsets of 2015. This midrange phone delivered exceptional performances in camera and system that it eventually got us smitten. However, despite personally liking the handset, we were all true to our comparisons and paired the handset with handsets that we’ve seen fit to face it.

One particular reason that got us going ga-ga over the Xperia M5 is through its 4K video shooting, which excellently surpassed our expectation. A great mid-ranger, with a great video capability, the Xperia M5 is one of the best 4K shooter and mid-range handsets to this day. The Xperia M5 is currently priced Php17,800 in online stores nationwide.

The LG Nexus 5X is quite an unexpected achiever in our comparisons and reviews. It delivered very detailed and naturally coloured outputs in our camera department and was very satisfactorily in the other departments. The handset itself deserves a good hoorah and is truly exceptional at its own right. Despite only picking a 12/5MP pairing, the 4K UHD video shooting feature on the Nexus 5X was all-in-all a good performer and is truly one of the best mid-ranger phones of late 2015, it’s priced at Php22,119 for the 32GB variant.
