MERCUSYS has released two new smart security cameras in the Philippines, the MC210 indoor camera and the MC500 outdoor camera.
The cameras connect via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, which allows users to install or move them easily around different areas.
The MERCUSYS MC210 captures 2K video at 30 frames per second using a 4mm F2.0 lens. It supports infrared night vision up to 40 feet and includes baby cry detection, motion alerts, and customizable privacy zones.
Users can monitor rooms, check on children or pets, and view live footage through the MERCUSYS app. Two-way audio is also supported for real-time communication.
On the other hand, the MERCUSYS MC500 records in 1080p HD and is designed for outdoor use. It features color night vision, infrared night vision, and built-in light and siren alarms to help deter intruders.
The camera is IP65-rated for weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor areas such as gates, garages, or storefronts.
Both cameras can distinguish between people and general motion using AI detection.
Users can save recordings on a microSD card (up to 512GB) or back them up through the MERCUSYS Camera Care cloud service. They also support Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control.
The MERCUSYS MC210 indoor camera is priced at PHP999, while the MERCUSYS MC500 outdoor camera costs PHP1,199.
Both are available through the official MERCUSYS stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as select IT retailers nationwide.
