
Apple has introduced the new MacBook Air equipped with the M5 chip.
The laptop is available in 13-inch and 15-inch models with Liquid Retina display, 2560 x 1664 resolution, and 500 nits brightness.

Inside is the M5 chip that features a 10-core CPU and up-to-10-core GPU, with a Neural Accelerator in each core.
Apple says the new MacBook Air can handle AI workflows up to four times faster than the previous M4 model. Storage starts at 512GB, configurable up to 4TB.
The new MacBook Air packs a battery that is up to 18 hours and runs on macOS Tahoe.

Other key features include a, a 12MP Center Stage camera, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and Apple’s N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
The Apple MacBook Air M5 (2026) starts at PHP72,990 for the 13-inch model and PHP85,990 for the 15-inch model.
