HMD Global, the home of Nokia smartphones, has recently launched its new line of smartphones! You will surely Love it, Trust it, and Keep it! These are the Nokia G10, C20, and C10 series!
In the launch, Pan Asia HMD Global’s General Manager, Ravi Kunwar, shared his thoughts especially on what to expect on these brand-new devices from Nokia.
He shared, “Finally, the time has come to share our new lineup of smartphones that represents HMD Global’s philosophy “Love it, Trust it, Keep it,” providing Filipino fans with enhanced smartphone experiences to love, mobile security to trust, and supreme durability to keep. With our Nokia smartphones’ excellent build quality and up to three-year monthly security updates, we hope to make an impact on the Philippines’ e-waste reduction efforts by providing phones that are built to last and be kept longer.”
The Nokia G10 features a 6.5-inches IPS LCD screen and uses a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset. With its 5,050mAh capacity, you can enjoy the device with only a single charge for three days. Utilizing the AI technology in the G10 will help use the battery in a more efficient manner which will help prevent unwanted apps. The G10 will also showcase a 13MP triple camera setup with macro and depth sensors on the rear while an 8MP frontal camera is equipped. It will also use an Android 11 operating system under the hood.
The second device that was launched is the Nokia C20 which features a similar 6.5-inches IPS LCD with a 5MP front and rear camera. This unit uses a Unisoc SC9863A chipset and powered by a 3,000mAh battery capacity. You can also share photos and videos faster and even open up apps smoothly with the use of the Android 11 (Go edition). Within two years, the Nokia C20 will receive quarterly updates, especially on its security features, ensuring the users have a protected phone.
Lastly, we have the Nokia C10 which features the same screen size as the other, 6.5-inches HD+ screen and powered by a Unisoc SC7331E processor. There is also a 5MP frontal and rear camera featuring an aperture of f/2.2.
When it comes to its battery capacity, it uses 3,000mAh capacity, and, similar to the Nokia C20, it will be using an Android 11 (Go edition) operating system. According to HMD labs, a 20 percent improvement was seen when it comes to loading time comparing to the previous versions. Using the high EU standards, the Nokia C10 offers improved and better security to better protect data information.
These Nokia units; G10, C20, and C10; will all be available for pre-order from June 7 until 11 and will officially be in retail stores from June 14 to 20. First off, the Nokia G10 will come in Night and Dusk colors and will be available in 4GB RAM + 64GB configuration. This will be priced at ₱6,990 which includes a headset, free clear case, and a screen protector. As for the Nokia C20, it will come in Sand and Dark Blue variants with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage. This will come with a headset, free clear case, and a screen protector in the box and will cost ₱4,690. There is a ₱50 discount voucher during pre-order once you place in the code NOKIAC50.
And as for the Nokia C10, this will come in Light Purple and Grey colors with 2GB RAM + 16GB storage. This will be the most affordable which will cost ₱3,990 and will include a headset, free clear case, and a screen protector.
