Postpaid plans are prevalent nowadays, and most people are promised new phones every few months. However, a significant portion of the population prefers to be charged based on usage and does not want to be bound to one provider.
To help these people find the best-prepaid plan in the Philippines, we have compiled a comparison of smart, Globe, and DITO prepaid promos.
To determine which provider dominates each segment, we have subdivided them into popular load amount increments. Additionally, we’ll limit ourselves to the preset deals set by the companies (no customizable contracts) since these are within the scope of this study.
Furthermore, this article does not address network speeds, quality, portal exclusives (such as Maya and GCash’s biggest deals), or the extent of the service area.
We will only judge a prepaid plan’s value by the inclusions it offers.

It is recommended that you use this section if you are incredibly cash-strapped. In this stage, you’re thinking about how to make the most of every peso you have and how to gain access to the most important social media sites.

In the Philippines, Smart offers its prepaid subscribers the option of ALLNET30, which can be purchased for a price of ₱30. Besides 30MB of all-access mobile data, you’ll also be able to make unlimited calls and texts to all networks for the day.

In this telco, there are two options for ₱20 and ₱30, GOUNLI20 and GOUNLI30, respectively. The two services are similar in that they offer unlimited calls and texts. However, the former provides 50MB of all-access data, whereas the latter increases this to 100MB. For those who do not need to text or call, GOSURF15 gives you 100MB of mobile data with an additional 30MB of Instagram usage for just ₱15.

There are no bundles for calls or texts with the brand’s mobile data plan as far as browsing is concerned. The difference in surfing capacity between DATA 10 and 20, which cost ₱10 and ₱20, is instantly noticeable: DATA 10 allocates 1GB of surfing space, and DATA 20, which costs ₱20, gives 2GB of surfing space. Moreover, the latter is valid for three days in addition to that.

Looking at the 50 peso range for prepaid users in the Philippines, we see it is another competitive section. Telcos take advantage of a notable trend in this area: they provide more content or use longer promotional periods. The Philippines’ prepaid plan competition intensifies.

ALLNET50 gives you unlimited calls, texts, and data for three days and 2GB of all-access surfing for two days.

GoUNLI50 does the same as Smart’s ALLNET50 for this price point, but GOSURF50 omits unlimited calls in favor of 2GB of data, 1GB of Wi-Fi access at selected hubs, and an additional gigabyte that can be used for GoWATCH/Play/Listen/Travel/Work and other subsidiaries. With Go50, you get an extra 3GB over GOSURF50, pushing the total up to 5GB. However, unlimited texts remain.

Top-end data sachet costs PHP 50. A week’s worth of data is included in the package.

Quite a few believe that the best deals can be found in that narrow space between the double and triple digits. As a result of companies taking notice, this situation has become an absolute war zone. We have the following to share with you:

It seems ALLNET is coming back with a 99 peso variant that includes unlimited calling and texting and 1GB of data. This is for seven days. There is also a POWERALL plan available for users who frequently consume large amounts of data, with 8GB available for all sites, unlimited TikTok usage, and unlimited text messages. This is far superior to the standard 6GB lone data plan they offer at the same price.
In addition, they have a well-thought-out promotional offer called DOUBLE GIGA, which provides 2GB of daily data allocations for selected sites such as YouTube (14GB in total over seven days) while also sticking to a data cap for general use.

Unlimited calls and texts are included in the GoUNLI95 plan and 1GB of data. GOPLUS99, on the other hand, eliminates the calls in favor of 8GB of data, unlimited texts, and bonus allocations for 8GB of videos on Globe’s platforms. In addition, it also provides one KonsultaMD medical consultation.

The Level Up prepaid plan is the first time we have received some participation from DITO in the form of a minimum plan. In addition to the 8GB of surfing, users will also get unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls, 300 minutes to other networks, unlimited texts, and a 30-day subscription.

Since most users, if not all, top up using these promotions, we will cap out at PHP 300. Furthermore, back in the day, most prepaid load cards had maximum values set in these denominations. For business purposes, it is common to use higher promos in the PHP 500-1000 range.

A variety of promotions are available for this amount, as expected. During the 30-day trial, ALLNET299 provides unlimited texts and calls and 2GB of usable data. All DATA plans offer 24GB of data per month for Internet lovers. GigaPlay, YouTube, NBA League Pass, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter are also part of the DOUBLE GIGA promos here. Within that timeframe, that’s 60GB!

With the GoPLUS250 promotion, you get 11GB of all-use data, the GoPLUS signature bonus allocations to watch 15GB of videos on Globe, or even an appointment with a KonsultaMD physician. It’s also possible to get GoSURF299, but we’re not sure 2GB of mobile data over 30 days will be acceptable in 2022, regardless of the freebies.

The DITO level-up plan has been updated to PHP 299, yet another increment to the DITO level-up plan. It is a 30-day subscription includes 31GB of surfing space, unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls, 300 minutes to other networks, unlimited texts, and unlimited calls between DITO and DITO users.
Here’s a comprehensive yet concise comparison of prepaid plans at the most popular price points in the Philippines!
