
LG has introduced a new gaming monitor, the UltraGear 27G850A in Europe.
This gaming monitor 27-inch IPS Black screen with 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate.
It also supports a dual-mode function, allowing users to switch between 4K at 240Hz and 1080p at 480Hz, with the latter reducing the screen size to 24 inches.
The monitor features a 2000:1 contrast ratio, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G-Sync Compatibility, and VESA AdaptiveSync.
Other key specifications include a 1ms GtG response time, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, 10-bit color depth, and a peak HDR brightness of 670 nits.
For connectivity, it includes DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR13.5), two HDMI ports, a USB hub, and a DTS Headphone:X audio jack. The ergonomic stand supports tilt, height, swivel, and pivot adjustments.
Battery-wise, it uses an external power adapter and supports an AC input of 100-240V at 50/60Hz. In sleep mode, it consumes less than 0.5W of power, and when turned off, it uses less than 0.3W.
The LG UltraGear 27G850A is now available in Europe priced at EUR799 (approx PHP49,499).
