LG thoroughly explained that the fingerprint scanner will be conveniently placed under the phone’s screen, with the scanner expected to be seen on the underside of the phone’s cover glass. It is said that the fingerprint scanner will function like a normal scanner with dedicated buttons, however, unlike scanners built on dedicated buttons, these type of fingerprint scanners can help the phone be functioned with waterproof and dustproof capabilities.
