Lenovo recently announced 3 new tablets on IFA 2015. The devices are dubbed, Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 (has 8-inch and 10-inch variants) and the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3’s 8-inch variant has an Android 5.1 Lollipop and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 212. Display-wise, the 8-inch variant isn’t much to talk about with its 1280×800 IPS LCD screen and its 188ppi. It has an 8-megapixel rotatable camera, that is quite unique and has a 6200mAh battery.
Theres not much difference between the 8-inch variant and its 10-inch counterpart. Screen and dimension are only the major factors that differs them, with the 10.1-inch screen-to-body ratio of the 10″ variant. The 10″ variant has an Android 5.0 Lollipop. It also has a 8700mAh battery.
For the YOGA Tab Pro, it was seen to be superior, in comparison to the non-YOGA PRO tablets launched. Display-wise, it has a 2560×1600 IPS LCD with a 298ppi. The YOGA Tab Pro inhibits unique and special features that are rarely seen to an Android tab, like its 4 front-facing speakers, with Dolby’s Atmos HD surround sound processing and its pico projector that can project an image up to 70″ in size with a maximum brightness of 50 nits. It is said that the projector feature can be controlled through gesture controls.
The first 2 YOGA Tab 3’s prices are yet to be determined, but the YOGA Tab 3 Pro is priced at $500, or P23,000 Philippine pesos.
