iQOO 9 series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC now official

iQOO, a sub-brand of vivo, has officially unveiled the latest 9 series of smartphones in China – the iQOO 9 and 9 Pro. They also come with a special white color variant with BMW M branding.

The iQOO 9 features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB storage, triple rear cameras, and a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

On the other hand, the iQOO 9 Pro sports a curved 6.78-inch QHD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB storage, and a 4,700 mAh battery with 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. It features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN5 main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide shooter with a 150-degree field-of-view, and a 16MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom. Upfront is a 16MP selfie camera same as the vanilla iQOO9. Check out their full specs below.
