We’re back with another gaming review, but this time, we’re testing a tablet.
This is the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro, and we’ll be putting its gaming performance to the test to see whether it can deliver a good gaming experience.
Mobile Legends
For our first game, we have Mobile Legends. The tablet started at 36.4°C. Most of the settings were initially set between medium and high, but we bumped everything up to the maximum available settings for our test.
Gameplay was generally smooth. There were occasional frame drops, but we did not encounter any during team fights. The game also felt responsive and did not seem to struggle while running. Performance remained consistent throughout the entire playthrough.
With the maximum available settings, Mobile Legends averaged 57 FPS, with a maximum temperature of 36.5°C after 8 minutes.

League of Legends: Wild Rift
Next up is League of Legends: Wild Rift. The starting temperature was 36.4°C, and we set the game to the maximum available settings.
There were some noticeable stutters on the home screen, which is fairly common with this game. Once inside the Rift, however, the performance was a bit more confusing. The FPS remained consistent, and there were no noticeable frame drops or stutters, but the game felt slightly heavy during gameplay.
There was also some noticeable input delay despite having a low ping. Still, the overall experience was playable, and just like Mobile Legends, you can enjoy Wild Rift on this device.
With the maximum available settings, Wild Rift averaged 58 FPS, with a maximum temperature of 35.5°C after 11 minutes.

Call of Duty: Mobile
Next is Call of Duty: Mobile. The tablet started at 36.6°C. For the graphics settings, we used Low graphics paired with the maximum available frame rate.
Surprisingly, the game ran smoothly. There were barely any issues, and the gameplay felt responsive. Since not all of the game assets had been fully downloaded, we expected some stutters and freeze frames during gameplay, but these were rare.
Gunfights were smooth, and the tablet never felt like it was struggling to run the game. Our only issue was the experience of playing a first-person shooter on such a large display, which can feel a little awkward.
Still, the overall performance was good.
With Low graphics and the maximum available frame rate, Call of Duty: Mobile averaged 50 FPS, with a maximum temperature of 35.9°C after 11 minutes.

Asphalt Legends
Next is Asphalt Legends. The starting temperature was 36.8°C, and we used the High preset with 60 FPS.
You won’t have much trouble playing this game on the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro. The graphics quality looked good, loading times were decent, and performance was consistent throughout the test.
We did not encounter any frame drops or stutters during the entire race. If you’re a fan of racing games, the XPAD 30 Pro can deliver a good gaming experience.
With the High preset at 60 FPS, Asphalt Legends averaged 60 FPS, with a maximum temperature of 36.9°C after 10 minutes.

Genshin Impact
Now, let’s move on to more graphically demanding games, starting with Genshin Impact.
The tablet started at 36.6°C. We set the game to Low graphics with 60 FPS.
Surprisingly, Genshin Impact ran fairly well on the device. Gameplay was smooth and responsive, and combat was enjoyable. There were some noticeable stutters when navigating the events page and while exploring the overworld, but performance was better during combat, particularly in the Spiral Abyss.
Loading times were also decent, which was a plus.
With Low graphics and 60 FPS, Genshin Impact averaged 41 FPS, with a maximum temperature of 35.9°C after 15 minutes.

Zenless Zone Zero
Unfortunately, we were unable to properly test Zenless Zone Zero on the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro.
Compiling the game’s shaders took almost three hours and eventually crashed midway. The game also frequently got stuck on loading screens. We tried letting it sit for a while to see if it would eventually finish, but we were still unable to play the game.
Because of this, Zenless Zone Zero was unplayable during our test.

Wuthering Waves
Lastly, we have Wuthering Waves. The starting temperature was 36.5°C, and we set the game to its lowest available graphics settings with 60 FPS.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend playing Wuthering Waves on this device. Loading times were long, response times were slow, and we experienced frequent frame drops and stutters.
The game even crashed before we could properly start playing. After booting it up again, Wuthering Waves repeatedly displayed a “not responding” message.
Even at the lowest settings, Wuthering Waves was unplayable on the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro.

Verdict
Overall, the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro is a decent gaming tablet, but its performance depends heavily on the type of game you’re playing.
For casual and competitive titles such as Mobile Legends, Wild Rift, Call of Duty: Mobile, and Asphalt Legends, the tablet performed well. Gameplay was generally smooth, responsive, and consistent.
However, if you’re mainly looking for a tablet for graphically demanding ARPG titles, you may want to consider other options. While the XPAD 30 Pro handled Genshin Impact reasonably well at low settings, other demanding games such as Zenless Zone Zero and Wuthering Waves struggled significantly.
So, can the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro game?
Yes, for casual and competitive titles. But for more graphically demanding games, its limitations become much more apparent.
