Infinix has officially announced that it will begin using Snapdragon mobile platforms in select smartphones, starting with the upcoming NOTE 60 Pro.
Some of you might have noticed that the brand has mostly relied on MediaTek chips, including the Helio and Dimensity series, across their HOT, NOTE, ZERO, SMART, and GT lineups.
Now, the NOTE 60 Pro marks as the first Infinix smartphone powered by a Snapdragon chipset after many years.

According to Infinix, the change aims at improving overall performance, power efficiency, gaming, imaging, and AI features.
Infinix previously used Snapdragon chips in some of its tablets, which the company says received positive feedback. This helped support its decision to expand Snapdragon integration into smartphones and other product categories.
The Infinix NOTE 60 Pro is positioned as a key model in this transition, which is scheduled to launch on April 21, 2026, in the Philippines.

On the other hand, the Infinix NOTE 60 Series is available for pre-order from April 10 to April 21, 2026. Claimed units can be picked up from April 22 to April 26, 2026, at Infinix stores and kiosks.
More details are expected to be announced during the event.
