Google has started rolling out its “Personal Intelligence” feature for Gemini users in the Philippines, months after its initial launch in the U.S.
The feature allows Gemini to connect with apps such as Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube, and Search to provide more personalized responses.
It can pull information from emails, photos, and other content to answer queries or assist with tasks.
According to Google, the feature focuses on two main functions, which are analyzing information across multiple sources and retrieving specific details from a user’s data. For example, users can ask Gemini to plan trips based on past itineraries or photos.

Personal Intelligence is optional and turned off by default. Users can choose which apps to connect and can disable the feature at any time. Google says the system does not directly train on personal data from Gmail or Photos, though limited data, such as prompts and responses, may be used to improve the service.

The company also noted that the feature may still produce inaccurate or overly personalized results. Users can provide feedback or correct responses to improve accuracy.
The Gemini Personal Intelligence rollout is currently available to select Gemini subscribers in the Philippines, with wider availability expected in the coming weeks.
