
Hyundai has launched the new Hyundai STARIA lineup, introducing hybrid variants alongside the diesel Cargo model in the Philippines.
The lineup includes the STARIA Cargo, GL, GLS, Premium, and Premium Plus variants. Most models are powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged hybrid (HEV) powertrain paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission, while the Cargo variant uses a 2.2-liter diesel engine with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The diesel-powered STARIA features a 2.2-liter CRDi VGT DOHC 16-valve Euro 4 engine that produces 177 PS and 430 Nm of torque. It measures 5,253 mm long, 1,970 mm wide, and 1,990 mm tall.
Depending on the variant, the STARIA is available with seating for seven, nine, or 11 passengers.
