Huawei just recently released their latest midrange smartphone dubbed as Nova 3i. The company boasts its quad-cam and the first ever to be powered by Kirin 710. Meanwhile, OPPO’s selfie expert smartphone, OPPO F7, was a big hit when it was released in the Philippines.

The Huawei Nova 3i has a slightly bigger screen with 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Meanwhile, OPPO F7 comes with 6.23-inch IPS LCD display which is the same with Nova 3i, an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080. Unlike Huawei Nova 3i, the OPPO F7 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The latest Huawei Nova 3i is heavier with 169 grams with measurements of 157.6 x 75.2 x 7.6 mm while OPPO F7 weighs 158 grams with measurements of 156 x 75.3 x 7.8 mm.
Under the hood, Huawei Nova 3i is the first to be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 710 with Mali-G51 GPU boosted with GPU Turbo Tech that carries 4GB RAM paired with 128GB storage. The OPPO F7 is powered by Mediatek Helio P60 with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU that carries RAM and storage variants of 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Both handsets run on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo.
Going to the camera department, Huawei Nova 3i has dual on front and rear camera with 24 MP + 2 MP for selfie snapper and 16 MP with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF + 2 MP with depth sensor and LED flash for the main camera. While OPPO kept it simple with 16MP with a f/1.8 aperture on the main camera and 25MP with f/2.0 aperture for the front-facing camera.
The OPPO F7 is fueled with 3400 mAh battery capacity while Huawei Nova 3i is packed with 3340 mAh battery.
