HUAWEI launched various devices in the country, including the new MateBook D 16 2024 laptop.
For specs, the laptop flaunts a 16-inch IPS eye comfort FullView display with 1920 × 1200 resolution, 142ppi, 90% screen-to-body ratio, 16:10 aspect ratio, 1200:1 contrast ratio, 300 nits peak brightness, 100% sRGB / 45% NTSC color gamut, and a flexible 180° hinge.
Under the hood, it is powered by Intel Core processors consisting of 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H, 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13420H, and 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processors. The Core i9 processor is paired with Intel’s Iris Xe graphics, while the Core i5s come with Intel’s UHD graphics. It also has up to 16GB of memory and up to 1TB of NVMe PCIe SSD. Battery is made of Lithium polymer material, comes with up to 70Wh rated capacity, and charges via a 65W USB-C power adapter.
Moreover, the MateBook D 16 2024 sports a full-size backlit keyboard with 1.5 mm key travel, and a Numeric keypad. A fingerprint sensor is embedded into the power button.
For connectivity and ports, it has Wi-Fi and SGS Switzerland 5-star Wi-Fi signal capability certification, HUAWEI Metaline Antenna, Bluetooth 5.1, 1x USB Type-C, 1x USB 3.2 Gen1, 1x, USB 2.0, 1x HDMI, and 1x 3.5 mm headset and microphone 2-in-1 jack.
Other features include a 720P HD camera with AI camera focus, 2x microphone, 2x speaker, and Windows 11 Home for OS.
Finally, it weighs 1.68 kg (56Wh battery version) or 1.72 kg (70Wh battery version) and has a dimension of 356.7 x 248.7 x 17mm.
The HUAWEI MateBook D 16 2024 starts at PHP 38,999 and will be available on sale starting January 19, 2024.
