If you have a problem with a PLDT technician, you can fill out a specific complaint form. The complaint form is available in both English and Filipino. This portal can also report those who claim to work for PLDT but cannot produce true identities.
You’ll need to provide details like the date of the occurrence, the nature of your complaint, and your ticket or reference number on the form. A PLDT representative will need a cell phone number to contact you, so be prepared to supply one. Following the company’s data privacy policy, the technicians will not have access to the details you share in the complaint form.
Facebook Messenger, the myPLDT Smart app, and virtual appointments are some of the official ways via which you can contact PLDT for additional difficulties, such as checking the status of an application or getting an update on a repair request.
Why Cable Theft and Disconnection Occur
Technicians and third-party contractors only interested in making a profit may engage in illegal acts, such as opening up ports to process pending applications, notwithstanding the negative impact this may have on current customers.

Also, Globe worked with the police to bring to justice those responsible for breaking the Anti-Cable Television and Cable Internet Tapping Act of 2013. Third-party contractors were among those apprehended.
