How to Pay PLDT DSL Fibr Telephone via BDO Online Banking

If you can’t go out to pay your PLDT DSL Fiber telephone bill during this pandemic, here’s an alternative way that won’t require leaving home. All you need is your phone or any internet-connected device. With a few steps, you can pay up using BDO Online Banking or BDO Personal Banking app. 

The first thing to do is to register or enroll PLDT as a Company/Biller.

How to enroll PLDT as a Company/Biller on BDO Online Banking

1. Visit the BDO Online Banking website and log in;
2. On the left-hand side, hover over Enrollment and navigate to Company/Biller -> Enroll;
3. Type in “PLDT” (or any name you prefer) as Company/Biller Name and complete the remaining fields (Subscriber Number, Subscriber Name, Preferred Nickname). The Channel for Enrollment will automatically tick Online Banking. Once you’re done, click on Submit. 

Assuming everything went successfully, you can now pay your PLDT internet bill.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Pay PLDT DSL Fiber Telephone via BDO Online Banking 

1. On the left-hand side, hover over Pay Bills and Reload and click on Bills Payment -> Pay Bills;
2. Complete the required fields and make sure to choose the recently enrolled/created Company/Biller. In this case, we enrolled “PLDT”.
3. Set Payment Schedule to Immediately or whichever you prefer.
4. Click on Submit, confirm the transaction, and you’re done!

(Via Phone) How to enroll PLDT as a Company/Biller on BDO Personal Banking

1. Log into your BDO Personal Banking app (Android, iOS);
2. Tap on More (the three-dotted icon) and Enrollment Services;
3. Choose Enroll Company/Biller and complete the required fields(Under Company/Biller, search and choose for PLDT, and it’ll automatically choose a Payment Channel);
4. Tap on Continue to complete the enrollment.

Assuming everything went successfully, you can now pay your PLDT internet bill via your phone.

1. Tap on Pay Bills beside the More option;
2. Choose Pay Bills again under Pay Bills using Deposit Account;
3. Complete the required fields and choose PLDT for Pay this Company/Biller.
4. Tap on Continue to complete the payment.
