Does it upset you that some programs on your computer launch automatically when you boot up? Some of them launch programs in full screen mode, while others run in the background with a smaller footprint.
But there are only two ways to render them useless.
SettingsÂ
Open the Settings page or press the Windows key + I
Click on Apps from the list on the left, and click “Startup” at the bottom.
You should now see a list of the apps you’ve downloaded and just turn off the button for each app you don’t want to run at startup.
Task Manager
Right-click on the Windows button on Windows 11 or the taskbar on Windows to open the Task Manager. Then look for and click on “Task Manager.” You can also use the shortcut key, which is faster: Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
When you open it, click on the “Startup” tab near the top. You should now see the same list of apps that have been downloaded.
To turn an app on or off, you must click on it and tap/flip the switch in the bottom right corner.
