Under the hood, the phone is powered by the new 2.3GHz Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
One of its highlight is the 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery, HONOR claims it can last up to three days on a single charge, maintain performance for up to six years, and support 66W wired SuperCharge.
Durability-wise, the X9d 5G uses ultra-tough tempered glass with a multilayer cushioning design and a ballistic-grade layer for shock absorption.

HONOR says it is drop-resistant up to 2.5 meters. It also has IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings.
Out of the box, the X9d 5G ships with MagicOS 9 based on Android 15.
