Honor V20 launched: 48MP camera, punch-hole display, P24k price


Huawei’s Honor View 20 or V20 is now officially launched in China with global availability to follow on 2019 including in the Philippines. The Honor V20 shares some flagship specs with the recently launched Mate 20 X but at more affordable price and exclusive features.

The highlight of the Honor V20 specs includes a punch hole 25MP selfie camera (Galaxy A8s) and a really wide real screen estate at a 6.4-inch size. Behind is a 48MP main camera from Sony IMX sensor paired with a 3D ToF sensor for 3D production and depth sensor.

Inside is a beastly processor, the Kirin 980, which is found on top phones like Mate 20 series. It is either paired by a 6GB or 8GB RAM and maximum 128GB storage for the standard model and 256GB for the Moschino exclusive variant.

All models come with new nanolithography etched glass body that gives an extra layer of design on top of the black, gradient red or blue variant.

Pricing starts at $440 or P24,000 pesos before taxes for the 6GB model while the 8GB model will set you at $510 or P27,000 pesos. The estimated release date for international starts on end of January including in the Philippines.
