HONOR’s latest foldable smartphone, the HONOR Magic V5, is now available for pre-order in the Philippines via Silicon Valley.
Interested buyers can pre-order the HONOR Magic V5 through Silicon Valley stores nationwide. There’s no official pricing yet, but those who pre-order from August 22 until September 5, 2025, can get exclusive freebies worth PHP 18,000, including an HONOR Pad X8a worth PHP 7,999.
To recap, the HONOR Magic V5 is a flagship foldable smartphone boasting an 8.8mm thickness when folded, 4.2mm when unfolded, and a weight of 217 grams.
There’s a 6.43-inch OLED external panel with 2376 x 1060 resolution and an HONOR Anti-Scratch NanoCrystal Shield protection, while a 7.95-inch OLED display is inside with a 2352 x 2172 resolution and HONOR Super Armored Inner Screen protection. Both displays come with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4,320Hz PWM Dimming, and 5,000 nits peak brightness.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite octa-core processor with Adreno 830 GPU, 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a 5,820mAh Li-Po Silicon-Carbon battery capacity with support for 66W HONOR SuperCharge wired fast charging and 50W Wireless HONOR SuperCharge.
The foldable is also equipped with a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with OIS, a 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide shooter, and a 64MP f/2.5 periscope telephoto lens with OIS and 3x optical zoom. The inner and external screens are equipped with a 20MP selfie camera.
The pre-order period runs until September 5, 2025.
